With my new focus on healthy eating, I want to keep a record of what I eat to get an objective view of how I am going.
My plan is not to change overnight into Mr Perfect, but make change gradually. As they say "from little things, big things grow".
Step 1 guidelines:
1) Drink less alcohol (from an estimated 20-25 drinks per week)
2) Drink more water (at a guess, my avearge day liquid intake would be 3 glasses of water, 1 coke, 2 coffees and 3 beers). The Dr says if I am training, I should be drinking 3-4 litres water at least
3) Cut the crap - coke, chips, chinese, chicken snitzel and chips, egg and bacon rolls etc.
4) More fruit & veg
Ok here I go!
